Mario Jesús is a delicious washed coffee produced in Pariamarca, Peru. This region's staple crop was mostly potatoes but due to it's high altitude, high-end coffee production has began to take over. This coffee has tasting notes of chocolate and cooked sugar giving the cup a smooth balanced taste.
Washed Process - Depulped, fermented for ~48 hours, washed and then dried for ~21 days
